Strengthen community services

Family Service’s counseling and treatment services are part of a network of county and nonprofit agencies. When people have serious problems, it usually takes skilled counseling to make lasting changes in attitudes and behavior.

Help people in our community

Our agency helps community members develop skills and strengths for leading healthy lives. When you support our work, you are there for them, too.

Cut community costs

We all pay for people whose lives are out of control. By helping people with the troubles they can’t handle alone, Family Service lightens the financial burden for everyone—local schools, businesses, churches, law enforecement, and hospitals. As people put dignity and responsibility back into their lives, we see decreases in drunk driving, drug use, child abuse, gang activity, absenteeism, assault, burglary, even graffiti. All these improvements cut community costs and make our community safer for everyone.
