Counseling Services
Low- to no-cost counseling services for older adults and for caregivers of older adults.
This service provides a safe place for seniors to talk about the stresses they face, resolve family conflicts, or talk about their life experiences and what they have meant. It helps caregivers cope with the sometimes overwhelming demands of their situation. Here caregivers can find a listening ear, support in problem solving and someone who will make sure that their needs are also considered.
To be eligible, a person must be:
- A low-income Napa County resident
- Age 60 and older
- Caregivers of any age providing care for an older adult (either directly or long-distance)
